The Halal Quality Control Group has made significant progress with the BPJPH, and we are pleased to inform you of the latest developments as of September 2024.

Where can we find the latest updates?
We refer to the BPJPH Website for more information on all applications.
Legend when searching for the type of status
MoU: This refers to Government-to-Government agreements.
MRA: This refers to Halal Certification Bodies (HCB) that have signed the agreement with the BPJPH and are considered complete.
Assessment Process (Certificate Issued): This refers to HCBs that have received the accreditation certificate but have not signed an MRA yet.
Assessment Process: HCB that have been assessed but are awaiting the Decision-Making Committee to finalize their file.
Scheduled: This refers to HCB that have received the assessment dates and are ready for assessment.
Which offices did HQC apply for accreditation?
The Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, France, Austria, Spain, Germany, Ireland, United Kingdom, Italy, and Poland.
Why is HQC’s status still not ‘MRA’ or ‘Certificate Issued’?
Because we applied for multiple offices spanning across 11 countries in Europe, the completion of all applications may take more time than usual.
