Houd er rekening mee dat deze service uitsluitend van toepassing is op Halal Quality Control-klanten die in Europa zijn gevestigd. De van toepassing zijnde kosten zijn hierboven vermeld.

Indonesia Product Registratie Formulier

Dit registratieformulier is uw eerste stap om uw halalcertificaat en halalproducten te registreren in het SIHALAL-portaal. Het SIHALAL-portaal is de centrale databank voor halalproducten in Indonesië en is toegankelijk voor importeurs om de halalstatus van binnenkomende producten te verifiëren. Door dit formulier in te dienen, worden uw gegevens door het HQC-team overgedragen en toegevoegd aan het SIHALAL-portaal.

Please describe which HQC Office has a contract with your company. If your company is not serviced through HQC Headquarters or its managed offices, the invoice will be sent to an HQC APO instead.
