L’objectif d’un audit est de former une opinion indépendante sur la conformité de l’entité auditée.

Fréquences

En fonction de la classification des risques, un audit doit être réalisé au moins une fois par an.

Auditeurs

Tous les auditeurs sont formés par Halal Quality Control et affectés en fonction de leur domaine d’expertise.

Rapports

Après chaque audit effectué, un résumé est rédigé pour présenter les résultats à l’entité auditée.

Différences entre l'audit et la supervision

Les audits sont classés comme des évaluations, soit en termes de documentation, soit en termes de visites de témoins. Un audit peut avoir un impact positif ou négatif sur le statut de la certification halal en fonction des résultats rapportés.

Les supervisions sont des visites de contrôle sur place pendant les heures de production. Leur objectif est de s’assurer que la conformité est respectée. Les supervisions sont plus courtes que les audits et n’impliquent pas de processus de contrôle de la documentation. La surveillance ne s’applique qu’aux abattoirs.

Plans d'audit

Avant chaque audit, un plan d’audit et un ordre du jour sont envoyés à l’établissement, décrivant tous les détails de la préparation.

Durée et nombre d'auditeurs

Un audit est généralement réalisé en un jour ouvrable.

Deux auditeurs participent à l’évaluation.
