In this Inside Saudi Arabia edition, we will inform you of the essential updates imposed by the Saudi Halal Center effective 1 October 2024.
Webinars Provided
HQC has successfully conducted two webinars to prepare its customers and inform them about the requirements stated in the Circulation Letter sent by the Saudi Halal Center.
The first webinar was held on September 24th in collaboration with the Saudi Halal Center to clarify the latest requirements starting October 1st, 2024. The second webinar, held on September 30th, assisted applicants in registering through our Saudi Registration Page.
The webinar recordings and presentation materials have been made available through our newsletters and are partially available on the registration page.

The HQC Guideline for Saudi Arabia Export Requirements – Available Now
As HQC currently has 7 active accreditations by the Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organizations (SASO) across Europe, we have created the Guideline for Saudi Arabia Export Requirements (Issue 1.0) to assist in multiple regions. These guidelines have also been sent through our newsletters.
This guideline is a supporting tool to assist our customers, branches, and partners in understanding the requirements in more detail. It is currently available in English and French and will soon be available in more languages.
If there are any future updates regarding Saudi Arabia, we will amend or revise the same guideline. You may view this Guideline in our Useful Documents section.
