Indonesisches Produktregistrierungsformular

Dieses Registrierungsformular ist Ihr erster Schritt zur Registrierung Ihres Halal-Zertifikats und Ihrer Halal-Produkte im SIHALAL-Portal. Das SIHALAL-Portal ist die zentrale Datenbank für Halal-Produkte in Indonesien und für Importeure zugänglich, um den Halal-Status eingehender Produkte zu überprüfen. Durch das Einreichen dieses Formulars werden Ihre Daten vom HQC-Team übermittelt und in das SIHALAL-Portal aufgenommen.

Which HQC Office is your main service provider?
Please describe which HQC Office has a contract with your company. If your company is not serviced through HQC Headquarters or its managed offices, the invoice will be sent to an HQC APO instead.
